Alfie Best one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs owning several large multi-million companies and is chairman of Wyldecrest Parks. He founded the business13 years ago, buying Lakeview Park in Romford, Essex. Since then the company has flourished and expanded, owning 33 parks across the UK. In addition, Alfie is the owner of several industrial estates ,including Fordview Industrial Estate in Rainham, and A2Z Trade, a wholesale and retail teak furniture business based in Thurrock as well as Several leisure and nightclub venues in central London. Alfie is a dynamic, old fashioned entrepreneur who won’t ask anyone to do something he couldn’t do himself. He is a motivator and leader who is full of new ideas and methods with which to drive his businesses forward.
He is a self-made man who started with nothing but now runs everything with a very hands-on approach. He has a very strong work ethic. He is always looking for new businesses to invest in, negotiates orders for residential park homes with manufacturers and regularly gives lectures to banks on business. His route to success has been through the University of Life . Raised in a Romany Gypsy family, as a young man he started off by buying and selling commercial vans, then bought and rented property and at one time established 18 mobile phone shops.
Alfie acquired the rare cow in 2014, Impressed by the incredible achievement of the Rare Cow founder, ‘Lord Foodie’ Lester who remains in the company as operations director.
